The hip joint in man is predominantly a structure used to hold the weight and intrinsically participate in the march. This well-built for both performances and, despite the many different types of injuries suffered in their daily activities, only rarely reaches altered.

There are four specific structures sow the hip joint pain that can awaken: the fibrous capsule and its ligaments, the muscles surrounding the bone periosteum and the synovial lining of the joint.

The nerves that supply the hip joint also innervate the muscles around it.

Nerve parish: the quadriceps muscle.

Obturator nerve: the external obturator and adductor muscle group.

Superior gluteal nerve: the gluteus medius and minimus muscles.

Sciatic nerve: semimembranosus and semitendinosus, and adductor magnus, the Gemini and lower quadriceps femoris.
